The Chamber is a non-political, non-profit organization that is registered under the Indian law under Section 25 ( c ) of the Companies Act, 1956. IMCCI is an independent, membership-driven entity. IMCCI member companies, are a vast majority of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) based in the India. At the same time, the fastest growing segment of IMCCI member companies are from the corporate world from India.
